THE PROFILE

• Sales driven is a must and the ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations and take customers on a journey to find the right solution for their design challenges.

• They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships.

• Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.

• All Sales/Design Consultants will be trained to use Room Planner our design software, to help customers design their customised furniture and plan the layout of their homes.

• Most weekends and bank holiday work are required.
