Terms and Conditions

All these terms and conditions are subject to Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection and its implementing regulations.

1.        Return and exchange policy:

a)        For any items returned or exchanged after delivery the customer will incur an added charge of QR 250 for the collection of the items.

b)       For customised orders, 50% of the total invoice must be paid upon placing the order. This payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order more than 24 hours after placing it

c)        If the return of item is approved within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase, it can be done either through a refund (in cash or via bank card) or through an exchange.

d)       All items must be returned in their original packaging with the original receipt.

e)       Any items specially made or ordered for the customer cannot be returned.

f)         The customer has the right to return and exchange the items without incurring any added fees if the product has a defect or cannot be used for its intended purpose.

2.        Delivery:

a)        Most of our furniture is made in Europe and manufactured to order individually.

b)       The upholstery and manufacturing of customised products takes 4-8 months from order to delivery on average. The expected period for your order will be highlighted and agreed upon before completing the payment.

c)        The shipment of orders is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a possibility that your order will be delayed, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

d)       Payment must be made in full before a delivery appointment can be booked.

e)       The customer is responsible for informing us 48 hours before the agreed delivery time of any access restrictions at their address and arranging any necessary passes or permits for the delivery team.

f)         If we are unable to deliver at the agreed time due to any circumstances beyond our control the delivery will be rebooked at an added charge of QR 250.

g)        An additional fee of QR 250 will be charged for all deliveries outside of Doha.

h)       We do not remove or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.

3.        Assembly:

a)        Additional assembly fees apply to some of our products, these fees vary depending on the nature of the product.

b)       Due to security and safety reasons, we are unable to install lights or hang any products on the wall or ceiling of your property.

c)        Upon signing the delivery note, you are accepting that all items were delivered in a good condition and were assembled correctly and completely. If there are any damages, defects or issues with assembly please notify the delivery team before signing.

4.        Storage Charges:

a)        BoConcept offer a free 7-day storage service for any purchased items. After which, a fee of QR 100 will be charged per day for a maximum of one month.

b)       After one month, a storage fee of QR 250 will be charged per day for up to one additional month.

c)        The customer must settle all storage charges in full before the items will be delivered.

5.        Warranty:

a)        BoConcept offers a 5-year warranty on all product designs from the date of purchase, and 7 days for the accessories.

b)       The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on all products in our collection, ensuring correction of defects or replacement of the product during the warranty period.

c)        The warranty does not cover bed linen, towels, duvets and cushions, glass products.

d)       The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents and failure to follow provided care instructions.

e)       BoConcept will review warranty claims for defects and decide on repair or replacement at their discretion.

6.        Refund policy

a)      If the refund is approved, the paid amount will be returned using the same original payment method within 14 business days or according to the bank's policy, after submitting all the original documents used for the purchase.
